Asset-FM (PAT Bolt-on Module)

Why record PAT test data?

As it is increasingly required for companies to have asset registers, it is also LAW that companies ensure the electrical safety of equipment being used. Often this is an identical asset register with the additional information bolted on, why produce the same document twice when it can be done once?

Who needs this information? I don't!

Depending on the size of the organisation depends on who looks after the asset register and PAT records. For example a small high school would probably have the main asset register stored in reception and the site manager/caretaker store the PAT records and the finance officer would look after the asset values and depreciation of assets.

As Asset-FM is modular all parties can choose to view the data that they want/need to view. Therefore saving money by not having reception paying for viewing the PAT information when it is the site manager who needs that, and like wise with the finance module, the school finance officer would need that, but would not require the PAT data.

You tailor the system to your own specific requirements with all the information being safely stored in one master database.
