Microwave Leakage Tests
We will conduct a microwave leakage test to verify compliance with BS EN 60335-290:1998: Safety of Household and Similar Electrical Appliances - Commercial Microwave Ovens & EN 60335-2-25/A1:2000 Particular Requirements for Microwave Ovens.
The test procedures are specified to verify non-hazardous radiation at less than 5mW.cm2 .
There is no cost for this service if we are already on-site carrying out portable appliance testing. Should you require a specific visit to have microwave ovens tested for radiation leakage, please ask for a quotation.
